Oh that true, did not realise they are the same size. But it still smaller then I would like it to be and would be hard to connect with another cage… And they are almost twice the price over here. They have changed the transport fee in my country so now it is really expensive to buy stuff from outside europe
But I will think about it since it is my best option at the moment

I probably could make it since most of it is just assemble as instructed by ikea. and I would not have to drill my own holes, at least very few ones. It would cost almost the same as the duna maxi and be twice the size. This would not happen in the next year or so since I have to save up the money but it would be awesome!
I can probably not have shelves but since it is so big and as you say the hamsters can fall and hurt itself maybe this is better in the end.
