If she's used to cage cleans then it may just have been a bit much after the nail trimming then but to keep stress at a minimum in future unless her cage is very small I wouldn't do any full cage cleans.
Just do partial cleans, no more than half every few weeks or even longer if it doesn't need cleaning, always keep some of the old substrate, nest & food hoard.
