Hybrids are basically a hamster that have a hamster of another species somewhere within their ancestry.
Hybrids are more prone to certain health problems such as neurological issues (flipping, spinning, behavioural problems) as well as diabetes and potential problems with delivery of pups if they were to become pregnant. That doesn't mean that they can't make lovely pets and many members here have had some lovely Hybrids as pets.
