Sometimes her left eye is half closed. When I felt the lump I looked for any symmetrical lump on the other side of her face, I wasn't able to find it because my hamster won't sit still. As for her looks, she looks like she had a perfectly shaped head.
I've also noticed her squeaking in the middle of the night sometimes. She did this every few days. She's still active and being her normal self otherwise.
