I’m doing reasearch about getting a Syrian hamster and I am currently looking into cage setups for diy cages. I was thinking about having a cage that was 80x50cm and a dig box insdide the cage at the edge that was 50x20cm and 20cm high. Could I then fill the rest of the cage with bedding that was only a couple inches high??
