I always recommending adopting or getting from a breeder.
Let me explain why. Normally pet stores that sell small animals get their animals from mills. Rescuing hamsters or other small animals means saving an animal's life. Plus you will be giving them a forever loving home.
Getting hamsters from reputable breeders is also an amazing choice. There are a lot of great breeders out there. You can check on the breeding section to see which breeder is closest to your location.
