That is excellent! I prefer the Sky to the Hamster Heaven anyway. One tip - it's better not to have the external tubes and to block them off and just use tubes as toys inside the cage. Hamsters tend to block themselves inside the tube, they're an escape route and cause cleaning issues. The cage is lovely without external tubes
Did she also have the caps for blocking off the external tubes?
I would also add a house (a cardboard box or shoe box would do, with a hole cut in) so your ham can build a big cosy nest for winter. The little pod houses are a bit small. And you'd need a syrian sized wheel as well. The one the cage comes with is too small for a Syrian.
The 28cm Trixie wheel is a popular choice and not too expensive. Then you're all set for your new hamster
Also Fitch works out a lot cheaper than Carefresh - and it's dust free - just recycled paper bedding. Depends if you have room to store a 10kg bag in your flat/room.

One of the 10kg bags lasts me about 6 months

So you can afford to have a nice thick layer of substrate - 5 to 6" for digging and burying hoards. Plain white toilet paper is best for nesting material. Tear it into strips and have a big pile somewhere in the cage. The hamster takes bits to build a nest with.
Harry Hamster is a good food option - has enough protein and all the vitamins and nutrients required.
