Hi I didn't know you could get hammies that young, she must be really small and cute, the youngest hamsters I usually see in pet shops are usually at least 6 - 8 weeks.
My hamster Bambi is often on his wheel all night from about 9pm - 5am though he does occasionally take mini breaks. Hamsters can travel for miles at night in the wild. I wouldn't recommend removing her wheel, does she have other things that she can do in her cage that she can play with like chews, tubes, a sand bath?
