I got some photos to post in the morning!

He's settling in well but he seems to be finding it difficult to adjust to having so much more space than he did in the pet shop so I've filled his cage with lots of places to hide and burrow. As for taming, he's already accepting food from me and has been handled for short periods of time without him becoming stressed which is good news!

I also suspect he might be blind, which is likely considering he has red eyes and all red eyed hamsters will have some level of vision loss due to the lack of pigment that their eyes need to develop properly. My Mishka keeps bumping into things and struggling to find the ramp down from his platform, poor baby.
