keep your hamster in its cage and muffle the sound as much as possible. if there are any gaps around the edge of your door cover them with cloth to muffle the sound and if you have a bin cage or a travel cage you can move easily and you have a room a bit further from the sound. try move the hamster to the quietest place in the apartment. If your hamster really cant handle it try to move to a quieter apartment if its possible.
