It's a little difficult to make suggestions not knowing what taming steps you've taken but it does sound as though you need to go back & start over taming from scratch again.
As she's biting now I wouldn't suggest putting your hand in the cage just yet, transport her to a safe play area, playpen or large plastic storage box with toys, a wheel & maybe a cardboard box or something she can go into if she gets stressed at the beginning.
Give her a few minutes to run around then try offering a treat just from your finger tips.
Give her some time to get used to that, if she attempts to bite don't move your hand suddenly just slowly withdraw it & wait before having another go.
Keep sessions short, maybe 10 minutes to begin with before putting her back in the cage.
When she's ready (go at her pace & don't try to rush things) in the play area again try laying your hand flat with a treat on your palm or on your fingers, let her approach you don't push your hand on her, as before if she tries to bite don't react just slowly move your hand away & try again after a break.
If you continue in small steps like that then she should gradually get used to your hand & stop biting, once she's ok in the play area you can try putting your hand in the cage again but some can remain a little territorial & if she really doesn't like it then stick to handling & interacting out of the cage.
This may take weeks to achieve especially as she's got into bad habits now but just take your time & go slow & it will be worth it for both of you in the end.
