Hi everyone! Thank you so much for your advice and thanks for reassuring an overly concerned new hammy mummy!
I'm definitely going to increase her veggies (as I want to spoil her and introduce her to new flavours) but I'm not too concerned about her sugar content as I got her from a breeder who provided me with a certificate of her ancestry. I'm still cautious because ideally I want her to have what's best for her, but thankfully she is a pure Winter White.
