Sorry to hear your girl is struggling, it's hard to tell from your description of her behaviour whether something may have happened like a fall, or she could have had a stroke or it may just be she's having trouble getting around due to old age.
I hope you can get her to the vet today, meanwhile the important thing is to make her comfortable & keep everything with easy reach for her, rearrange the cage so everything she needs is on one level, keep food & water close to where she sleeps & give her plenty of shredded tissue to keep her warm in her nest.
