There's no one definite answer unfortunately and the best cage will depend on several things such as your geographic location, your budget, whether you are willing to do any DIY and also your hamster's personality.

If you're in Europe or the UK then Zooplus is a good place to look for a large cage at reasonable prices and popular ones that are recommended are the Alaska, the Alexander, the Barney and the Hamster Heaven. Personally, I feel that the quality of the build on the Hamster Heaven is superior to some of the cheaper cages on the market but many people find that the cheaper Alaska suits their needs just as well.
