I don't know what baby foods you'd have available where you are but you may need to experiment a bit to find what he likes, check all the ingredients are hamster safe first though.
You could also try some porridge/oatmeal, mashed cooked veg & as Lizzy said soak his normal food in some water & mash it up a bit for him.
