It he can use both sides of his body but when he's rolling you can see that everything on one side of his body is in use, he's even looking upwards with his right eye and not his left.

I've tried giving him food but all he does it bites it and spits it out. I'll try baby food.

Do you mean this was caused by a stroke or he is having a stroke? If the latter would he still be doing it?
