She's not right Kippy - I'm really sorry. She's either got a pyometra (womb infection) and the womb is full of pus. It looks to be closed as you haven't mentioned any discharge or smell. There could be a tumour there as she looks like a young hamster I took on that died young with massive kidney tumours. If it is a pyo she would need spayed and she doesn't look strong enough there to stand an operation. If it's a tumour you need to look hard at her life quality and ask her what she wants to do. I really would urge you to seek out another vet and ask them to scan her to see what is going if they can;t tell on examination. I've seen hundreds of hammies as a judge and breeder and I can see there is something wrong there.
She hasn't got fluffy bedding has she? It can cause blockages.
