I agree with AP about what they are, they won't hurt your hams, they may even eat them (a bit of extra protein!) but if they hatch out then you could end up with a plague of moths so you need to get rid of any food in the cage, including the hoard & put any remaining food in the freezer for about a week, minimum 48hrs but I don't think that's long enough.
It's a good idea to freeze food anyway just to be on the safe side so maybe do that in future.
