I know you have no way of telling now but if it has been a gradual loss over the 4 months then I don't think that's really anything to worry about tbh Coco, they do tend to lose weight as the get older so as long as he keeps on eating as well as he has been & doesn't have any sudden weight loss or lose too much overall I think he should be fine.
