Can't believe it's been so long since I posted. I did so much reading on the subject of Syrian Hamsters, realized that they do need a large surface area in which to roam. So to sum it up, BALSAL has had a larger bin cage for almost a year now; it is attached to the older cage with the tubes and wheel. She still is quite the chewer and I have found that a silver based cream works best for her (vet recommended). BALSAL is now almost 2 years old, and I am very fond of this little old gal.
