Weasley is very cute. I'd suggest the 12 inch silent runner for a wheel. You can even attach it to the bars with the cage attachment.

It really would be worth getting a bigger cage, simply do that he could have a large enough wheel.

I expect one of the reasons why he is chewing is because he is bored and his wheel is too small for him so he cannot run properly in it. When I first got my Quigley he was only 5 weeks old and his breeder said I shouldn't give him his wheel until he was 8-9 weeks. Well, despite having a huge cage and lots of toysvQuigley chewed the bars non stop those first few wheel less weeks. Then, I put in his wheel when he was old enough and since getting it he has not chewed once.
