Really enjoyed this thread Vectis, I always wondered if breeding hams was profitable. It's nice to know that there are breeders out there breeding hams because they love them and do so with much care and skill.
Unfortunately, some will be doing it but doing it badly and not caring.
We all know that you do it because you have a passion & love in what you do.
