I have the HH for one of mine too, like Fluffagrams I don't use any of the bits that come with it & block off the hole for the tube with the piece provided.
It isn't that high so once you've filled the base with substrate you really don't need shelves but you could add some bold on small shelves or ledges to make better use of the space if you wanted to.
It is a good strong cage & quite a nice size for most dwarf hams.
A bit less spacious than the Alaska which I have also used but the Alaska is quite tall so difficult to set up safely for a Russian ham.
