I've got one for one of my Chinese and it suits her perfectly. The bars are narrow enough to contain even a small Chinese and they are of a nice sturdy build and don't bend out of shape or have had the weld come apart as I've noticed on some of the other cages on the market which might make escape easier. The base is a sturdy plastic and allows for a good depth of substrate for a dwarf too. There are some sturdy carrying handles on the top as well to make carrying the cage to another part of the house much easier.
I bought Jessie's Hamster Heaven secondhand off of a friend and consequently it didn't come with all the levels so I can't comment on that but I think that gives you a nice blank canvas to work with when setting it up to your own hamster's needs.
There is a fantastic large front door on it which can make things easier to get in and out of the cage and for those hamsters who don't like to be approached from above, is easier for them too.
