Default Re: sugary treats?

I'm not really sure how fruit would help tbh. There's really no "miracle food" and this infomercial sounds like false marketing to me. If you want me to get all technical with it, it's a strategy the health and beauty companies use called "The magic pill" in which they advertise something as being a fix all substance with no real logic or evidence behind it.

You can feed sugary treats occasionally in my opinion (though some would disagree). A yogurt drop every few months or so isn't going to hurt your hamster, and it's nice to treat them every once in a while. However, fruits should be limited to once or twice a week, and you must be mindful of just how sugary they are. All in all, no need to be so anxious over diabetes, but still be mindful and you shouldn't have any problems
