Welcome. The cage you mentioned is too tall for a dwarf hamster.

Zoo plus website have some good cages. The Alaska, Barney or Alexander are highly recommended.

There are also tanks/tank style cages if you prefer a cage with no/less bars.

DIY cages are good too. Ikea furniture hacks look nice.
