It's looking good! Yes she does need a bigger wheel asap. I would suggest adding a bit more substrate possibly, a house that's open underneath and a good size for nesting in (eg a shoebox with the base cut out and a hole cut out for a door and use the lid as a lift off roof to check inside), and maybe a bit of overhead cover so she doesn't feel exposed above. I like the rat sputniks that hang from the roof - they work well next to a shelf so the hammy can get in and out easily. Bendy bridges are popular too. She has plenty of toys in there though.
