Re: How long doe your hammie run in its wheel at night?
Khali is usually awake between 8 -9pm and is straight in the wheel. She usually happily runs for 3 hours, with breaks for playtime with me and little breaks. I usually go to bed between 11 and 11.30pm and she heads back to her nest to take a power nap between 11 and 12. She will run again on her wheel again but not with as much energy. She is in the living room, so I dont know how much time after midnight she runs for , but I know from the few times ive slept on the sofa recently that she doesnt run all night and seems to have another power nap between around 3-4am and then potters about doing whatever she does. She usually goes to sleep about 7-8am. So its seems she burns most of her energy right at the start and gets her second wind after a power nap.
