My ham Duncan runs for about 3ish hours a night. From 10-1:00
Kopi runs for much longer. She runs from 12-6:00 (I leave my house then so she could go even longer than that!)

I'd say Esmeralda sounds like she's going to be pretty fit after her run lol!
