Thanks GSH, yes it was like cute sneezing, she did it about five times then it stopped and I haven't heard that noise since.

She's moved out of her coconut now and just sleeps in the corner of her cage with some bedding. I've been watching her like a hawk and she hasn't made any more noises since so I'm fairly confident she's ok. I think Souffle was right about Betty being too hot.

I've given her ice cubes, cold bits of cucumber and bought a bigger sand bath for her so that seems to be doing the trick.
