I think the ingredients are pretty good.As you mentioned the protein is low,but I think if you're giving extras you'd easily give that minimal 2.5% anyways if not more!
Just make sure to give appropriate high quality extras like freeze dried chicken and all natural dog biscuits(not Biscrok etc as these are poor quality despite being popular)along with fresh vegetables
