If you can find something that size it would be ok, a little cramped maybe but if it did have a deep base for lots of substrate & your ham had lots of toys & enrichment but not so bad.
I'd say probably better than putting the cage on the floor if you got a bigger one, but if you have floor space could you get a table or shelf or something that a cage could go onto?
