Aw yay. Syrians are wonderful. You're going to have such a lovely time with him.
The only advice I have is that if you're planning on getting a flying saucer wheel (my Syrian prefers that to the stand up wheel. Though that might just be her and not a Syrian thing) I've seen a lot of people use the 6.5 inch one which is too small. They need the largest one.
Other than that, I'd say just lots of love and toys.
