The bin cage looks great
It does look like the tubes leading from it are much smaller than the others - hammies can get stuck in tubes that aren't big enough so it might be an idea to replace those. I think minimum 6mm diameter is recommended although some hammies are larger than others and some people use rat sized tubes. If it's for a Syrian then, as the others say, you'll need to replacing the saucer with a 12" one. Or a wheel of 10 to 12".
