Also about millet being a protein booster- I wasn't sure if it was or not, i had already bought millet and I remember reading that it was a good protein add-on, though it wasn't something to feed too much of. I am going to get some dried mealworms on my next trip to the pet store. I originally planned to get some when I first got my hamster supplies but I had gone over my budget with everything else I had purchased
