It could be impacted but there's really no way we can guess from your description, if it is impacted it should be easy enough for the vet to clear it, I have had a ham with an impacted pouch once & it was sorted out really quickly & easily.
It seems unlikely that anything else would have developed that quickly so hopefully it's nothing too much to worry about, fingers crossed she's going to be fine.
