He looks just fine to me for a long haired satin. At this age he is moulting out his baby coat and the proper adult coat will be developing. You may find it darkens and gets longer at the back. I wouldn't give oils or anything just now. Maintain a good diet. Mine are currently having weetabix soaked in water and a little milk as the B vitamins are good for the coats. Young hamsters can be given daily extras like thins till about 6 months.
