I have a short list of things I was wondering were safe or not plz help(this is for Syrians)and it would be great if you could tell me how often and how much thx

Peanuts
Scrambled eggs
Walnuts
Sunflower seeds
Chia seeds
Yogurt drops
Popcorn(unsalted and no butter and or flavoring)
Corn
Celery
Bread(what kind?)
Potato
Pasta (cooked or uncooked?)
Baby carrots
Apple
Bananas
Grapes
Strawberry
Blackberry
Cantaloupe
Corn flakes
Please get me some answers I want my hamster to be healthy and you can answer these by number like:
1.answer
2.answer
3.answer
4.etc.for each number and it is crucial that I get the amount per time I'm petrified of giving it crazy wrong amounts thank you so much and I'm looking forward to your knowledge!!!!!
