I'm going to answer in this thread hoping that anyone sees it in the frontpage and answers you, because I think that your problem is very interesting but I don't have enough knowledge to help you.

However, I would suggest to make partial cleans and leave some substrate/nest material when you clean the cage, in theory full cleans are stressful for them and it may not be helping her trust issues. If you can increase the amount of time between cleans, maybe that would hep her to feel more secure too.
