I'd definitely go with the Silent Runner.The Silent Runner is perfectly fine for a very small Chinese hamster,being a 9 inch wheel for a hamster that's roughly 2 inches usually in length,so it isn't exactly necessary to have the larger wheel
It's also superior in terms of safety and quality,so that is worth thinking about!
