One of my robo girls does this too. I don't think it's a cause for alarm - she just had real tiny arms and couldn't hoist herself back up! If I left her alone for a bit, she'd eventually figure out how to turn herself over. If you're concerned, though, best thing to do is take her to a vet - the peace of mind is priceless!
