My very first pair of RWW had a very strange habit. One of the cages in my complex is Rotastack with an upper floor round area. Soon after arrival I heard very strange rattling sound: it was one of them heaving the little metal ladder up and down until it got unhooked from the rim above. When done - just walk away. Later on, I would find both of them, on either side of the ladder, huffing and puffing, heaving it up and down until unhooked and had fallen down. Job done.. walk away for a rest.... At time, even if I had hooked it up again, they would promptly return and unhook it.... When they slept upstairs, they would also unhook it - to prevent anyone coming up?
