I'm almost certain they'd be able to have them and would probably enjoy them,but I definitely wouldn't feed them to rabbits more than a few times a month(alfalfa isn't healthy for adult rabbits).There are certain things rabbits shouldn't have(seeds,grains,nuts,fruit in regular amounts,any animal product including dairy,etc)which are often in dog treats,but in terms of ingredients I would see no harm in giving a Whimzee to a rabbit as a rare treat.
