It looks as though she may have been rubbing it against something, I would check your cage, wheel etc to make sure nothing has rough edges she could be catching herself on or rubbing against, if she has any tubes check they are large enough for her to get through without rubbing her back on those too.
Mites is always a possibility with bald patches but most often begins around the eyes or nose & is usually (but not always) accompanied by itching & scratching.
