Default Re: White genetics question

She could be any color gene if a true Banded DEW. However Having Black Eyes I would bet she is actually a Banded Dominant Spot Black Eyed Cream. The cream spots seldom are noticed until the Hamster is a mature Adult.

This was Blake who was sired by a Black Dominant Spot and out of a Cream Band and was given to me when his owner could no longer afford to tend him and all his siblings.

As you can see he is pure white with Black eyes and Mottled ears. Once he matured you could see his Cream spots but only in the winter season. In Spring and summer he returned to and all white coat.

However the risk of Anopthalmic White pups is still very high being you have no gene history on her or the males in with her. Hopefully she is not bred and you can enjoy her as a great pet.
