Hey

I still have some left but for when I need to buy sunflower or pumpkin seeds again where is the best place to buy in the Uk with the shells?

Currently i have sunflower and pumpkin seeds from the sainsburys but I would like to give my syrian the seeds in their shells. Is there a shop that sells these? All I can see is sunflower hearts.
