Clipping is a 2 person job IMO

You can do it at home if you know what your doing. Need 2 people. I'd take the hammy to the vet for this too while the vet looks after her nose, she could have scratched herself and it got infected or irritated. Parasites can even do this or allergies. I'd get her checked out by an exotic vet.
