welcome to HC! Same as everyone else so far has said - some good advice and tips already given! Patience is the key. I find talking constantly helps so as not to startle them and get them used to your voice and presence. Introduce your hand into the cage slowly offering a treat to get them used to your hand, keep doing this until she is more comfortable with you.
