Hi Bruno, welcome to HC
How long have you had your ham?
Some can take longer to tame than others & some, females more than males, can be a bit territorial about their cages & are less likely to bite outside the cage.
You could try letting her climb into a jar, tube or anything safe she's happy with then transport her to a safe play area (playpen, large plastic storage box or a large cardboard box will do) & try to interact with her there.
Just try offering her a seed from your fingers at first then gradually move on to placing it on your hand.
You can also try the tissue trick, put some plain white toilet tissue up your sleeve for a few hours, shred it up & put that in the cage, repeating daily for a while if necessary as this helps them to get used to your scent.
I'm not a fan of gloves as they don't get used to hands that way.
If she does bite try not to react as this can just make things worse, gently move your hand away & wait awhile before trying again.
Hope that helps, most do come round with time & patience.
