I would feed plain probiotics regularly,but not any sort of dairy product.Unfortunately with hamsters the dairy on a frequent basis would mess with the whole goal of probiotics(keeping beneficial bacteria in check along with the benefits probiotics have on gut health)while hamsters don't digest dairy well(therefore impacting the total effect probiotics would otherwise have on them).
